Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This quick bread is very delicious. This quick bread is very delicious. My husband was the first one to start slicing it right out of the oven before I had a chance to take it out of the pan. It smelled and taste absolutely wonderful. I used one and a half cups of kraft shredded cheese that comes already prepared in your grocery dairy section. It was very light. We put butter on it while it was hot. I can"t wait to bake it again. I have bragged about it to my friends. Thanks so much for the excellent recipe!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy and so delicious! So easy and so delicious! I used a few of the suggestions from other reviews. I added 2 tsp. of minced garlic from the jar. I also cooked it in an 8x8 pan (brownie pan) for 25 - 30 mins. so that it was done faster, and easy to cut up. Tasted so much like the biscuits from Red Lobster. My little one keeps stealing leftover pieces of the bread today. I served this with a baked potato soup recipe from this site and it was a great meal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of the few things my husband specifically requests that I make. This is one of the few things my husband specifically requests that I make. It is very easy and delicious. I have added jalapenos to it and I think that is our favorite way but the plain recipe is delicious too. I always have requests for the recipe when I have make it for others. Plus, my grandmother is very impressed that I have made bread (I was embarrassed to tell her how simple it was!) Definitely a favorite. Thanks Kraft!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish i had read the last line about COOL COMPLETELY before removing it from pan, ha ha! I wish i had read the last line about COOL COMPLETELY before removing it from pan, ha ha! mine fell apart. Tasted nasty--i was shocked it tasted so bad, cuz everyone rated this one so highly, and i do usually agree with the ratings here. It DID taste better when cooled, but not good exactly, but better. Maybe it was cuz i added a dab of garlic, i musta wrecked it or something...but mine wasn't good. nope.

This was a very fast recipe to make up and I loved that I didn't have to check on it. It was ready when it said it would be. I will most definitely be making this a lot at home as well as passing it on to others =:) Thanks Kraft!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I think this recipe needs to be tweaked a little bit. I think this recipe needs to be tweaked a little bit. I think 1/2 tsp salt is too much because of the amount of cheese used in the recipe. I will try that next time but my husband and I definentally didnt like it the way that it is. Definentally a good starter recipe for other quick breads.

I added some garlic & paprika to this, but people were right when they said it tasted kind of bland, however I think it has great potential still & the recipe as is tastes AMAZING with some type of spaghetti sauce as a dip. My aunt liked it plain but it's wayyyy good with sauce, try that:]
