Beyond ah-mazing! I could have made a meal out of the biscuits! I could of ate all 10! My family was shocked about how good they were, especially my grandma. My parents loved them as well as my grandfather who is tuff to please if something is healthy. (wheat flour)
It is good with an extra 1/4 cup of cheese. Keep the mixing to a minimum when the buttermilk and cheese is added. Watch carefully so as not to burn them.
Just made these cheese biscuits. They are light, yummy and quick to make. I used 1-1/2 cups of cheese for an extra cheesy taste. Will definitely make them again.
