Take 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and mix & match your recipe from these options...

liquid options	KRAFT Shredded Cheese choices	seasoning possibilities
1 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup tequila	Mexican Style	chili powder
1-1/4 cups chicken broth	Pizza! Four Cheese	Italian seasoning
1-1/4 cups dry white wine	Pizza! Mozzarella & Cheddar	dry mustard
1 can (12 oz.) beer	Swiss	freeze-dried chopped chives

Just follow our 3 simple steps:

BRING liquid to boil in medium heavy saucepan. Meanwhile, combine 4 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheese, the cornstarch and 1 tsp. seasoning.

REDUCE heat to medium. Gradually add cheese mixture to liquid in saucepan; cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour into fondue pot.

SERVE with assorted dippers, such as cubed crusty bread, pretzels, broccoli florets, bell pepper strips and apple slices.

Yum, Yum, Yum! I made the recipe with the chicken broth and it was wonderful! We did grilled meat, veggies and crusty bread...great, fun family dinner! I've made other fondue recipes from kraft and this is the best!

This was good, but I still prefer mine. I you want to give mine a try, it is 2 containers old english cheese, 2 containers cream cheese, tsp garlic powder, 4oz beer, and a dab of warshensire sauce. Heat on med until all is combined, then put in a fondure pot and serve with french, rye, or onion bread. You'll love this, I promise!!!

Used the chicken broth with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and a little italian seasoning and it was very good. Our family loved it! Next time I'll make sure the fondue pot works before making it though. :-)

with fondue-its all about the quality of the cheese. i followed this recipe using 4 cups high quality swiss cheese and grated it myself. it was wonderful! and just as expensive as the bagged cheese recommended! great website kraft!!

I made the fondue with the broth, and it was absolutely delicious! (For the cheese I used cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan.) It's the best fondue I've ever had! I will definitely make it again.
