  • Just follow our 3 simple steps:
  • Bring liquid to boil in medium heavy saucepan. Meanwhile, combine 4 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheese, the cornstarch and 1 tsp. seasoning.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Gradually add cheese mixture to liquid in saucepan; cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour into fondue pot.
  • Serve with assorted dippers, such as cubed crusty bread, pretzels, broccoli florets, bell pepper strips and apple slices.
Please use alcohol responsibly.

Cooking Know-How

If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of additional liquid.

    Yum, Yum, Yum! I made the recipe with the chicken broth and it was wonderful! We did grilled meat, veggies and crusty bread...great, fun family dinner! I've made other fondue recipes from kraft and this is the best!
