  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  • Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Spread each noodle with 3 Tbsp. cheese mixture; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in dish. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan; cover.
  • Bake 40 to 50 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.

When ready to serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator, then bake, covered, 1 hour 5 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.

I would double the mix if you were cooking for more than 4 people. Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was SO good! This was SO good!! It's now one of my favorite recipes and my husband loved it too! I added italian sausage to his portion since he loves meat. Also added a bit of garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes for more flavor. EXCELLENT meal and makes tons! Be sure to add less than 3 tablespoons of filling or you will run out before filling all the noodles.

Next time I would use more ricotta cheese or even cottage cheese so I can stuff the lasagna noodles more. I also noticed I didnt really need to bake it for the time in the recipe. Mine was done in about 25 minutes. Overall it was great recipe that was very quick and easy to make!

I left out the green onions, added Italian seasoning & added the 1/4 c parm to the filling. Froze after making: Note they don't need thawed before cooking. I put 4 on a plate, covered w/plastic & microwaved HI 5 minutes. Perfect!

Received a Kraft e-mail today containing this recipe and had forgotten how good these roll ups are. I always use more sauce and cheese. Around here there can never be too much Kraft cheese in something! We have some trees to clear this weekend and I plan on making this for supper. What a better way to end a busy day working outside! I got brave and decided to make something out of my comfort zone and this was a huge hit at my house. My picky 6 yr old asked can we have it again for dinner the next night! The only problem for me was it says it makes 16 but I only got 8. It was still great I also added 4oz of cream cheese and frozen drained spinach to stretch it a bit farther.

I made it for my homemakers and also gave it to my daughter, She put Italian Sausage in it and said gave more flavor. I don't think I covered it while cooking which I will do next time as it was a little dry. Serve with extra sauce for sure. Good , fast, recipe

Rolling the lasagna noodles is much easier than filling the manicotti shells. As another rater mentioned, I too had problems with having enough cheese to fill all the lasagna rolls. Next time, I may add spinach for more nutrition and at the same time more filling.
