  • Remove stems from mushrooms; discard or reserve for another use.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps. Place, filled-sides up, in shallow baking dish.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Variation

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with paprika before baking.

I took the advice of another reviewer and added the stems finely chopped, garlic and onions along with the ingredients of the original recipe. I also used a muffin tin like another reviewer and poured the remaining bacon grease in the pan over the mushrooms before I baked them. Once baked I did not let them sit in the bacon grease on the bottom of the muffin tins. I can't wait to try deep frying these. So very very good, thank you Kraft for this recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good! Very good! The only change I made was to omit the parsley, and add green onions. I had some jumbo mushrooms to use up, and this recipe fit the bill! I'll definitely make them again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These delicious Cheese'N Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms were a big hit! These delicious Cheese'N Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms were a big hit! I made double batches* and made them twice over the weekend! I used freshly cooked, crumbled bacon, and omitted the parsley. I baked them in mini-muffin pans to keep them upright. I made the stuffing mixture early in the day, wrapped it in plastic wrap until I was ready to assemble and bake that evening. Quick, Easy, inexpensive, and best of all DELICIOUS!!

By the way I used the Oscar mayer cooked bacon in mine, so it was quick and easy. I also sprinkled a little parmesan cheese on top as well. Next time I think I will mix a little in with the other cheeses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'd have this reciped stashed away for years. I'd have this reciped stashed away for years. Finally tried it and it was amazing. Very easy to make. I chopped about 3-4 garlic cloves. I love extra garlic. They went quick at my most recent work potluck. It's a keeper.
