  • Preheat broiler. Mix mayo, cheese, onion, pimiento, mustard and hot pepper sauce in small bowl.
  • Place crackers on baking sheet; spoon about 1 tsp. cheese mixture onto each cracker.
  • Broil 4 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes until puffed and lightly browned. Serve immediately.

    This is a great food to have at parties. I broiled it on crackers and i also made just dip out of it. It was very delicious!

    Very easy and quick! Lots of "mix in" options if you feel like getting creative!

    The first few bites were pretty good, but the mayonnaise-mustard flavor was a little overwhelming. I had to omit the pimiento and substituted fresh chives for the green onion. That could have made a difference. My family was not enthusiastic about trying them, so that is another reason I don't want to make them again.
