These are great! I place the cheese and ham over entire torilla, then top with a second tortilla (spread with cream cheese also) and cut them like a pizza. I also eat them cold right out of the fridge.
Make 'em up, put 'em in the oven to keep 'em warm and everyone can sleep as late as they want. Instead of ham, I crumbled a slice of turkey bacon on the cheese and they were excellent!
I have made up a similar roll-up using the flavored cream cheese, lunchmeats, and baby fresh spinach or lettuce, roll them up and everyone loves them. These handle better at the beach as sandwiches.
