These were AMAZING and so simple! Made them for a bbq and there were no leftovers. There will definitely be a bbq favorite!
made it in the oven using marinated fresh mozzarella. omitted the parm and herbs because the mozzarella had enough flavor. it was so delicious! my husband said it had a meaty flavor and was one of very few tomato based dishes he could make a meal out of. i can't imagine how fantastic it would have been if i had actually grilled it...
Made these for a dinner party, they were a big hit.
