Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is SO good. This is SO good. We put onions and butter on the bottom of the pan. Put some whole fresh jalepenos with the onions. Top that with sliced tomatoes, garlic powder (or cut up garlic cloves), salt, pepper, some cajun seasoning, and lemon or lime juice (usually just 1 large or 2 small lemons). And put the cheese all on top of that! Put some foil on it and put it in the grill for awhile. Last time I put the concoction on top of a toasted and cheesy piece of sourdough bread! It was great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The grill gave the fresh tomatoes an incredible flavor. The grill gave the fresh tomatoes an incredible flavor. Very easy to make and it turned out beautifully. I used a mixed of Italian-style shredded cheeses instead of just the mozzarella. I didn't even need the herbs, it was so flavorful. I will definitely make it again.
