  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Beat butter, cheese and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour and pepper; mix well.
  • Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured surface; cut into a variety of shapes with small cookie cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely on wire racks. Store leftover wafers in airtight container at room temperature.

Special Equipment Needed

Note

To bring cheese and butter to room temperature, microwave in large bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 45 sec. to 1 min. or until slightly softened.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix for the Worcestershire sauce.

I've been making them myself for years. Mine don't look quite like the picture, theirs look thicker. I love a thin, crisp, cheesey homemade cracker. Thanks Kraft!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These were good. These were good. But the second time I made them I added herbs. I used garlic and thyme.They work well mad in food processor. A little hard to roll out to 1/8 inch. I also cut into squares because it is just easier for me.
