  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat butter, cheese and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour and pepper; mix well.
  • Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured surface; cut into a variety of shapes with small cookie cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely on wire racks. Store leftover wafers in airtight container at room temperature.

Size It Up

Select a few of your favorite appetizers rather than sampling one of each to save room for your entree.

Note

To bring cheese and butter to room temperature, microwave in large bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 45 sec. to 1 min. or until slightly softened.

Great Substitute

Substitute 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix for the Worcestershire sauce.
