What You Need

1/2
lb.  lean ground beef
1
lb.  (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2
Tbsp.  yellow mustard
2
Tbsp.  ketchup

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.

ADD remaining ingredients; cook on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot with RITZ Crackers.
Substitute
Prepare using Mexican VELVEETA.
Special Extra
For a festive touch, serve dip in a bread bowl. Simply cut lengthwise slice from top of 1-lb. round bread loaf. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Tear removed bread into bite-size pieces to serve with dip or reserve for another use. Fill bread shell with hot dip just before serving.
