This was EXCELLENT. I subbed ground turkey for the beef, and Light Done Right dressing for 3/4 of the BBQ sauce. Almost doubled the chopped pickles. Didn't have enough iceberg lettuce to make it as written, so I made this recipe into sandwiches. Cut "Broetchen" (German Rolls) almost in half lengthwise. For each sandwich I layered some lettuce at the bottom of the "V", then added the meat/pickle mixture, followed by a Single on top of the meat. Nuked them for about 30 seconds until the cheese melted. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, and it was done in less than 20 minutes!!! Hubby loved these and I loved how easy they were.
