PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Press won ton wrappers into greased muffin cups. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla with electric mixer until blended. Spoon into won ton cups.
BAKE 18 min. or until centers are almost set. Cool completely.
TOP with pie filling and whipped topping. Refrigerate until chilled. Top with sifted powdered sugar just before serving.
