HEAT oven to 425ºF.
COVER rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Combine stuffing mix and milk in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except basil; mix well.
SHAPE into 20 balls, using about 2 Tbsp. of the chicken mixture for each. Place on prepared baking sheet.
BAKE 12 to 15 min. or until done (165ºF). Sprinkle with basil.
