Cheesy Antipasto-Stuffing Appetizer Meatballs

Made with marinated artichokes and roasted red peppers, these Cheesy Antipasto-Stuffing Appetizer Meatballs combine two party favorites in one tasty dish.

What You Need

3/4
cup  STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
1/3
cup  milk
1
lb.  ground chicken
1
jar  (4 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1/4
cup  chopped roasted red peppers
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4
cup  chopped fresh basil

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

COVER rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Combine stuffing mix and milk in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except basil; mix well.

SHAPE into 20 balls, using about 2 Tbsp. of the chicken mixture for each. Place on prepared baking sheet.

BAKE 12 to 15 min. or until done (165ºF). Sprinkle with basil.
