Cheesy Asparagus Quesadillas

Simple to make and simply delicious, these quesadillas are made with just four ingredients: asparagus, shredded cheese, salsa and tortillas.

What You Need

pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
 flour tortillas (6 inch)
 fresh asparagus spears, cut into thirds
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

SPRINKLE about 2 Tbsp. cheese onto one half of each tortilla; top with 3 asparagus pieces. Fold tortillas in half.

HEAT large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.

CUT quesadillas into thirds. Serve with salsa.
