Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved it. My family loved it. My husband said it tastes like a stuffed baked potato and I agree. I did use low-fat sour cream and 2% Milk cheese, but my husband did not know the difference. It made it 4 points per serving instead of 5 points for weight watchers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very, very good and easy. Very, very good and easy. I did add more cheese & I used sharp cheddar. Also, instead of bacon, I used bacon bits. Had this for a birthday dinner and everyone really enjoyed it and took my leftovers home. Now I have to do it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy "fancy" mashed potatoes. Very easy "fancy" mashed potatoes. I cooked the potatoes in the microwave first, rather than using pre-packaged potatoes. Very little prep work with family-pleasing results.
