Cheesy Baked Crab Dip

Give them a taste of summer—no matter what time of year it is—with this easy, cheesy baked crab dip kissed with lemon juice.

What You Need

1
 round sourdough bread loaf (1-1/2 lb.), unsliced
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2
cans  (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2
 green onions, chopped
2
Tbsp.  lemon juice

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

CUT slice from top of bread loaf; remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch thick shell. Cut removed bread into cubes.

MIX all remaining ingredients until blended; spoon into bread shell. Cover with top of bread. Wrap in heavy-duty foil.

BAKE 30 min. Remove top; stir dip. Serve with bread cubes.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

To Halve
This delicious dip can easily be halved. Just omit bread, and cut remaining ingredients in half. Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Cover, then bake as directed.
Special Extra
Sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh dill before serving.
