I agree no flavor - however I liked the idea as an alternative to your typical sausage breakfast casserole - so what I will try next time is get the deli ham but shaved so it's easy to cut and spread a little pimento cheese spread in the rolls up and also add dry mustard to the egg mixture along with some salt and maybe even some pepper flakes or something to zush it up!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We absolutely loved this recipe so much that we made it twice in one week. We absolutely loved this recipe so much that we made it twice in one week. We used soy baked ham and it was amazing! It smelled and tasted like ham. We also put a little less cheese than the recipe calls for and used salt and pepper in the eggs, and it was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Diasappointed--No flavor. Diasappointed--No flavor. I thought this would be a new twist on a breakfast casserole. Fortunately, I only tried half of the recipe as a preview for Thanksgiving brunch. Won't be on the menu unless we do a big revamp of the seasonings.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Have not made this yet, but certainly will try it. Have not made this yet, but certainly will try it. Looks delicious. Can't imagine 12 eggs with no salt though (other than from the ham). That would definitely cause a lack of flavor. Some foods need salt!
