I had chicken drumsticks leftover so I shredded it and added it to the pan with the cooked onions. Then added BBQ sauce and melted the cheese right in the pan. It was a delicious sandwich, like a pulled chicken recipe. I also added a splash of vinegar to cut the sweetness of the BBQ sauce.
this was the most awesome meal for my family! i added potato salad as the side. this gets 4 stars
