Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is the easiest for a great Dip. This is the easiest for a great Dip. I used fat-free refried beans and low fat Velveeta and it turned out great. I also used some pickled Jalapeno's because I love stuff hot. Starting with this basic recipe, you can add and go to your liking!
