What You Need

lb. ground beef

small onion, chopped

3/4

cup water

pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

cups corn chips

1/4

lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

cups shredded lettuce

tomatoes, chopped

Make It

BROWN meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix; cook as directed on package.

TOP with chips and VELVEETA; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted.

COVER with lettuce and tomatoes.

The whole family loved this one! I didn't want soggy corn chips so they went on top after serving and it worked great. It's a simple recipe that's great in a pinch. I have also made it ahead of time and left if for about an hour in the crock pot to keep it warm. Plus, it's very easy for everyone to just go and scoop some out when they're ready to eat.

This recipe was tasty, however, adding the corn chips with cheese on top made the ground beef stick to the pan. The chips were soggy. Next time I make it I'll add the chips after the cheese is melted. Otherwise it was quick and easy!

this recipe is really good, though i didnt use velveeta, i just used shredded cheese. the only thing that turned out wrong is i didnt make enough lol.

The whole family loved it! Even the picky kids! Next time I would double it for my family of 4 because no one could get enough!
