What You Need

1/2
lb.  extra-lean ground beef
6
oz.  2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3
Tbsp.  milk
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1
 tomato, chopped
1/4
cup  sliced onions
1/2
cup  KRAFT Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.

ADD 2% Milk VELVEETA and milk; cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

PLACE salad greens on platter; top with tomatoes, onions and meat mixture. Serve with dressing.

How to Ripen Tomatoes
To ripen tomatoes, place an apple with them in a closed brown paper bag pierced with a few holes. Let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 days or until tomatoes are ripe.
