Super easy dinner to make. I made it with taco meat that I had left over. I also had medium sized tortilla's so I cut them in half and it worked out great. I will add this to my dinner rotation for sure.
This is one of my families favorite recipes. It is so easy.We also tear the tortilla shells to make it into a taco salad for a change in the recipe.I have made it for company. It's great for lunch and supper. Delicious!
