  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place tortillas in single layer on baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp. chili powder. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until crisp.
  • Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet. Add beans, salsa and remaining chili powder; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in half the cheese.
  • Spread meat mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.

Flexable recipe that I will add or subtract ingredients according to my pantry. I think a little avacado on top would be delish.

I do agree that the tortillas were chewy and not crispy, so I had to use a knife to cut the tortilla. I would suggest adding a bit of taco seasoning to the meat, it would have been bland otherwise.

I used greek yogurt in place of the sour cream, fatfree shredded cheddar cheese and authentic Mexican tostadas in place of the flour tortillas. I also added sliced advocado on top...really easy, healthy and tasty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy dinner to make. Super easy dinner to make. I made it with taco meat that I had left over. I also had medium sized tortilla's so I cut them in half and it worked out great. I will add this to my dinner rotation for sure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It looks great it could use some modifications. It looks great it could use some modifications. I would rather use wheat pasta and no spaghetti sauce I would add fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil.
