I am sorry but this just doesn't even look good to me. Sorry, just my opinion
I too doctored this up with pepper and think I will use some garlic powder next time along with the entire 16 oz box of velveeta but overall it was pretty good. It was a little soupy when fresh made but leftover it was fine. My carrots were a little crispy so I will cut them thinner next time.
I ended up pouring off some of the milk and added a bit of extra cheese to re-thicken and get the taste from "milky" to cheesy. Other than that, it was a super success with my kids - my picky eater even ate his peas without argument.
