I changed the beef to ground lean turkey and used Italian Seasoning,Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp minced garlic Mrs.Dash Garlic and Herb spice and mixed in the turkey meat. Than followed the recipe as stated. It was FABULOUS! I will make again! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

My Home-ec teacher said that your food should look good to the eye and this dish does. It was very ,very easy and that makes it a good choice for a weeknight dinner. I did add a little more cheese whiz than called for, but we like cheese at my house. This one is a keeper!

I only made one change. I didn't have any Cheez Whiz (not even really sure what that is), so I used a package of Velveeta cheese from a box of Velveeta Shells & Cheese that I had in the pantry. I'll just use the shell macaroni in another dish. We thought it was great!

There was like a 1/2 inch of liquid in the pan. It worked out though once it was reheated for leftovers. Looking back, I couldv'e added cream of shroom soup or something to thicken it up. I'll probably make again, just made MY way.

I too doctored this up with pepper and think I will use some garlic powder next time along with the entire 16 oz box of velveeta but overall it was pretty good. It was a little soupy when fresh made but leftover it was fine. My carrots were a little crispy so I will cut them thinner next time.

I made this using ground turkey, low fat cheddar cheese (no cheez whiz) just put more low fat cheddar, same amount of milk and added some bacon on top for garnish. I brought this to our church potluck and it was GONE!!! Many people asked me for the recipe! :) I would definitely make it again :)

After reading the "not so good" reviews I thought how I could improve this recipe...and I did! I did 1 cup of milk instead of 2, seasoned beef with garlic powder, omitted onions and carrots and I did 16 oz of Velveeta. This is definitely NOT bland...now. Cheesy Lovers must unite!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good! Very good! I did change many things though. I used steak instead of hamburger meat (sauted in italian dressing and soy sauce). I doubled the cheese and used less milk. I didn't use the peas but used green pepper instead. I also added a little garlic to the pasta. Very very Yummy!
