  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Bring 1 qt. (4 cups) water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add broccoli; cook 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain.
  • Combine broccoli, remaining water and all remaining ingredients in 8-inch square baking dish; cover.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.


Substitute 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the VELVEETA.

    Really wasn't dying about this recipe, my broccoli came out mushy too but I like it that way and I also used shredded cheddar cheese. I don't know why but it just didn't taste very good, everyone else thought so too. Maybe it was the bacon bits, either way I won't be making this again anytime soon.

    This was good, but I used the shredded cheese substitute. Unfortunatly, could not taste any cheese whatsoever. Still a great sude tho.
