What You Need

4-3/4

cups water, divided

bunch broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1/2

lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

BRING 4 cups water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add broccoli; cook 3 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Drain.

COMBINE broccoli, remaining water and all remaining ingredients in 8-inch square baking dish; cover.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the VELVEETA.

Really wasn't dying about this recipe, my broccoli came out mushy too but I like it that way and I also used shredded cheddar cheese. I don't know why but it just didn't taste very good, everyone else thought so too. Maybe it was the bacon bits, either way I won't be making this again anytime soon.

This was good, but I used the shredded cheese substitute. Unfortunatly, could not taste any cheese whatsoever. Still a great sude tho.

My whole family absolutely loved this. My picky 6 year old finally quit after thirds which says a lot.

Broccoli came out too soft. I used shredded cheddar cheese instead of the velveeta and didn't care for that! The cheese did not melt, just got crunchy. I will try again with the velveeta and I will not pre-cook the broccoli as directed.

Very easy and quick recipe! my family loved it, just don't over cook the broccoli.

Too much Velveeta. I'd try the cheddar next time. Don't over-cook the broccoli... mine came out mushy. In spite of all that, it was very good. Should be even better next time.

YUMMY!! Family all loved. Made with Velveeta, not sure how regular cheddar would taste. Make sure not to overbake because it will get crunchy around the edges. Spray your pan 1st to avoid sticking.
