  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook 2% Milk VELVEETA and milk in saucepan on low heat 10 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings. Cool.
  • Pour VELVEETA sauce over broccoli in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; stir until evenly coated. Bake 15 min.; stir.
  • Crumble bacon; toss with reserved drippings and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake 10 min. or until heated through.

Use Your Microwave

Microwave 2% Milk VELVEETA and milk in 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 to 4-1/2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.

Substitute

Prepare using frozen cut green beans.

Variation

Prepare and bake recipe in a 3-qt. casserole instead of the 13x9-inch pan.
