Cheesy Broccoli, Chicken & Potato Casserole

Here's everything they like—all in one easy, cheesy casserole. Hash-browned potatoes, bite-size pieces of chicken and frozen broccoli make it quick too.

What You Need

cups  frozen Southern-style hash browns

lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

pkg.  (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
1/2
lb.  (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1
can  (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3
cup  milk

 RITZ Crackers, crushed

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COMBINE all ingredients except cracker crumbs in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 55 min. or until chicken is done and casserole is heated through.

TOP with cracker crumbs.

Variation
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA and reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup.
Substitute
Substitute 3 cups fresh broccoli florets for the frozen broccoli.
