The broccoli bits and red pepper bits peeking up through the bubby cheese and bread cubes gave it a festive look. There were lots of oohs and ahhs as people took their first bites. It was definitely a hit. I added some small-dice cubed ham bits (pre-packaged) to the mixture. It was delicious and didn't require any salt, pepper or other spices -- the cheese was more than sufficient flavor.

Tomorrow will be the third time I have made this dish for our monthly women's fellowship because the ladies keep asking for it. I will say that I took the advice of the previous comment and used half the bread and it has worked out great each time.
