This Cheesy Broccoli Rice & Turkey Skillet is ideal for Thanksgiving leftovers. Actually, it's great any time you have two cups of cooked turkey on hand.

What You Need

1
can  (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2
cups  chopped cooked turkey
2
cups  small broccoli florets
1/2
cup  chopped red peppers
2
cups  instant white rice, uncooked
2
 green onions, sliced
1/4
lb.  (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Make It

BRING broth, turkey, broccoli and peppers to boil in large skillet; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.

STIR in rice, onions and VELVEETA. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until rice is tender and VELVEETA is melted. Stir until blended.
