Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Prepare using your favorite lean cut of ground beef, such as ground round or ground sirloin.

Two things: 1) I read every user review before I made this, and 2) my 5 star rating is for the recipe as I prepared it, not as written. Taking others' suggestions, I subbed a can of Rotel for the tomato, did not use the ketchup or green onions, seasoned the beef with a little garlic and onion powders, and added a can of cheese soup. FABULOUS! So much better than any Hamburger Helper. I am not proud to say I ate the entire thing myself. I will absolutely make this again, MY way.
I also left the green onion out and cooked half of a dice yellow onion with the ground beef.
