This gets 5 stars only because I tweak it to our liking. I swap out the chicken for 2 lbs of 85/15 ground beef, add 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of diced onion, 1/2 lb of thick sliced deli bacon, diced and fried crisp, add a good half cup of grated sharp cheddar and increase the Parmesan to 1/2 cup. This makes enough for us to have the next night with a salad and garlic bread.
Tasted nothing like real Chicken Alfredo. Very disappointed.
I could feel my arteries clogging as I took my first bite. What was I thinking? This is NOT amything I would be proud to serve my family, it would feel like abuse.
