I tried this recipe tonight, I had to double everything, but ended up only using half of the sauce. It fed 5 adults and one child, and they all loved it!! I read that other reviewers thought it was bland, so I used a little teriyaki marinade while I defrosted the chicken, and seasoned the chicken with poultry seasoning when I cooked it. I also added a little garlic salt and parmesan cheese to the sauce and used slightly less flour that was called for. I also sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese over it before I baked it. Thanks to the other reviewers, it came out perfect with lots of flavor. The whole grain rolls were a perfect side-kick!
