If you asked someone to follow this recipe the way it's printed they would have uncooked rice and chicken. Was this tried before it was published?
I used boneless skinless chicken breast instead and seasoned it with onion and garlic powder and I also used frozen broccoli because I had these two things on hand. Next time I will fully cook the chicken and then cook the rice in the drippings as well as the bouillon in a seperate pan then add the broccoli and such. I found that the rice was not cooked all the way. However this is a really easy and simple meal.
