Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, Quick, Delicious Made this but modified some. I used a can of cream of chicken soup instead of what recipe called for, used spinach instead and added mushrooms. It was delicious and next day leftovers were just as good!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made this tonight for dinner left out the red pepper and added a can of mushrooms. I also did not do the cutting and aleternating I just added another can of rollers and put it on the top of the cheicken and closed it like a pot pie. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Quick! I made this last week and it was delicious! Not too spicy with just enough flavor from the Dijon mustard. I will definitely make it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tasty and easy We made this tonight and it turned out great. I can see the possibilities of switching the chicken for tuna too. I’m not a fan of Dijon mustard so next time I make it I think I’ll use a little less.
