What You Need

cups chopped cooked chicken

can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium 98% fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup

flour tortillas (6 inch)

can (14-1/2 oz.) chili- or Mexican-flavored diced tomatoes, undrained

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine chicken and soup; spoon down centers of tortillas. Roll up.

PLACE, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Cover with foil.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until cheese is melted and enchiladas are heated through, removing foil after 20 min.

Very good. I also added cheese into the chicken mixture and served refried beans on the side.

This is supper great with corn tortillas. I top with salsa and cheese. I usually bake it with the foil for most of the time and then take the foil off for the last couple of minutes. It make the corn tortillas just a little crip!! This is really easy and a great dinner. I have even used canned chicken to save time and it was still great!!

Simply and delicious. I would say it only makes 6 enchiladas comfortably.
