  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 8 to 10 min. or until done. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta; return to saucepan. Add spinach, VELVEETA and Parmesan; mix lightly.
  • Spoon pasta mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken mixture and mozzarella. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until heated through.

Variation

For a meatless dish, substitute 2 cups chopped zucchini and/or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, for the cooked chicken.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, for the fresh spinach.

    Way too dry. I think the issue was too many noodles and not enough sauce. If I make this ever again, I'll use jarred sauce as well to make it less dry.
