For a meatless dish, substitute 2 cups chopped zucchini and/or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, for the cooked chicken.

Way too dry. I think the issue was too many noodles and not enough sauce. If I make this ever again, I'll use jarred sauce as well to make it less dry.
It was good.. I used baby potatoes and yummy little meatballs instead. It was great!!
