I made this tonight mostly because I had all the ingredients on hand and didn't want to go to the store. I wasn't expecting much after reading the negative comments here, but we were pleasantly surprised! This dish was very easy to fix (I used an electric skillet) and the only changes I made were to use fresh broccoli instead of frozen (I cut it up pretty small), I cut up the breasts into chunks, and I added 1/2 tsp of cayenne (because we like it spicy). My husband loved it, and I will definitely fix this again.

My supermarket has chicken breast that is pre-marinated, I choose garlic Parmesan, added a little more garlic to the recipe, and what I love Dill. From the reviews prior, I doubled the cheese and milk, definitely needed it. I also added cooked pasta, just before serving it. Otherwise, super easy, delicious recipe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I don't like the way you have to do the cheese in this recipe. I don't like the way you have to do the cheese in this recipe. It gets thick to quick therefore it is very hard to cover the chicken with the mixture. Plus 2 cups of broccoli is not enough. Me and my husband said we would make this our own way next time.

I had to double the recipe due to my family size and it was all eaten up at dinner. They all loved it! Even my pickiest eater loved it. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe! I loved this recipe! I finally have a different way to make chicken! :) I just used 2 pieces of chicken and kept the rest of the recipe the same. I loved all of the broccoli and cheese; my husband said he would like a little less cheese next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was very easy to make as well as delicious! This recipe was very easy to make as well as delicious! I added more broccoli & cheese than the recipe called for. I also cut the chicken in cubes vs leaving it whole. It tasted better that way, we thought =)Enjoy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sorry to say this wasn't a good recipe for me. Sorry to say this wasn't a good recipe for me. Felt there should have been more veggies than 2 cups and the cheese/milk just made a mess of the skillet making it very difficult for the broccoli to cook.
