  • Heat oven to 350°F. Top tortillas with salsa and chicken. Fold in opposite sides of tortillas, then roll up burrito-style.
  • Place, seam-sides down, in 8-inch square baking dish. Top with cheese.
  • Bake 15 min. or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomatoes.

    I just made this recipe. It was tasty! I used Oscar Meyer Southwestern chicken strips. I found them at Wal-mart. They have a little Southwestern kick to them so, they didn't require seasoning. I added cheese inside the tortillas before putting them in the oven. I topped w/ sour cream, the tomatoes, & lettuce after taking them out & added refried beans as a side...yum!

    My family loved these!! Can't wait to have them again!

    These were okay, at best. The insides were too bland for my family's liking, even after I added diced tomato and extra cheese.
