I shredded the chicken and tossed it with all the ingredients to stuff the tortillas to make filling and folding them faster (instead of layering every one). I added extra salsa to make sure all of the chicken was coated with flavor and also added a can of black beans and a chopped poblano pepper to bumb up the nutrition. Easy to play around with ingredients depending on what you have on hand. Great results with not much effort. Thumbs up!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I just made this recipe. I just made this recipe. It was tasty! I used Oscar Meyer Southwestern chicken strips. I found them at Wal-mart. They have a little Southwestern kick to them so, they didn't require seasoning. I added cheese inside the tortillas before putting them in the oven. I topped w/ sour cream, the tomatoes, & lettuce after taking them out & added refried beans as a side...yum!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was so easy to make and it turned out delicious! This recipe was so easy to make and it turned out delicious! I took the easy way out and used precooked chicken. I cut it up into really small bits to make it easier to put inside the tortillas. I also put extra cheese inside the tortillas before I rolled them up. My fiance loved them and now my mom wants me to make them for her!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is super easy. This recipe is super easy. I used my chopper to shread the chicken which really saves time. I also added refried beans to the tortillas. I put the shredded cheese inside the tortillas instead of on top to save on the mess. These are really great warmed up for lunch the next day!
