can  (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/3
cup  green onion slices

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE ingredients.
