My kids love them with just the cheeses and sometimes chicken, when i have it. However, my husband and I like it fully loaded.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and I loved this recipe. My husband and I loved this recipe. I made my own tostada shells by baking flour tortillas in the oven sprinkled with a little chilli powder. I used leftover flank steak instead of the chicken and I left out the lettuce, it was delicious.
