My husband and I loved this recipe. I made my own tostada shells by baking flour tortillas in the oven sprinkled with a little chilli powder. I used leftover flank steak instead of the chicken and I left out the lettuce, it was delicious.
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I throw my chicken in the slow cooker with chicken broth and let it cook all day. It is so moist and easy to shred by dinnertime. I used shredded cheese instead of slices.
This is a great snack or lunch. Could also be a quick meal. I use Colby Jack Shredded Cheese instead of the sliced cheese. My kids love them with just the cheeses and sometimes chicken, when i have it. However, my husband and I like it fully loaded.
