A corn muffin mix makes these Cheesy Chili-Cornbread Muffins super quick to make. Bake until golden brown, serve warm and watch them make any meal better.

What You Need

pkg.  (7 oz.) corn muffin mix
cup  milk
 egg, beaten
can  (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX muffin mix, milk and egg just until blended. Stir in chiles and 2% Milk Singles.

SPOON into 8 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

BAKE 16 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a steaming pot of chili and a tossed green salad topped with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as CATALINA.
Cheesy Chili Cornbread Squares
Prepare batter as directed, using KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
