  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add eggs, 1 at a time, to skillet, leaving spaces between eggs; cover. Cook on medium heat 3 min. or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
  • Spread half the chips onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet; top with layers of half each of the chorizo, cheese and eggs. Repeat layers.
  • Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.


For an extra kick, prepare using KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese.


Substitute 1 cup rinsed canned black beans for the cooked chorizo.
