  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Layer 1/3 of the salsa mixture, and half each of the crushed chips, cottage cheese and cilantro in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining salsa mixture; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake 40 min. or until heated through.
