    I HATE frozen corn. This is probably the only way I will eat it! Really good!

    Made this for dinner last night along with the Southern Chicken and it was really good and so easy to make. Since I had shredded cheese(mexican style)already I used that instead of the cheddar and it was still good. Loved it!
