Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is excellent! This recipe is excellent! Even my 4 year old loved it and she really does not eat onion, but she ate the green onion with the corn. I used olive oil for the oil in this recipe. I also did a mixture of part Kraft free cheese and Kraft shredded cheese. I did not have any leftovers. I will be making this again soon.

My husband loved this recipe, I added the red pepper to it, but I only used a 10 oz box of corn and I didn't reduce the amount of pepper so it was a bit spicy. My 2 1/2 yr old loved it but my 6 yr old didn't. I would make this again.

Made this for dinner last night along with the Southern Chicken and it was really good and so easy to make. Since I had shredded cheese(mexican style)already I used that instead of the cheddar and it was still good. Loved it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was OK and a very quick side to throw together. This was OK and a very quick side to throw together. The cheese did not come out in the flavor at all. It's only perpose was to act as a binding agent for the corn and onions, other than that, not very cheesy.
