Cheesy Grilled BBQ Chicken Wraps

Warm the tortillas on the grill, then wrap them around tangy BBQ chicken, melty cheese and crisp lettuce.

What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

flour tortillas (10 inch), warmed

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

cups shredded lettuce

Make It

HEAT greased grill to medium heat.

GRILL chicken 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with 1/4 cup sauce the last few minutes. Cut into strips.

SPOON remaining sauce down centers of tortillas; top with chicken, cheese and lettuce.

FOLD in opposite sides of tortillas, then roll up burrito-style.

Serve with a side of rice and beans to round out the meal.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro over filling before rolling tortillas up.

How to Warm Tortillas on Grill

Stack tortillas; wrap in foil. Grill alongside chicken 2 to 3 min. on each side or until tortillas are warmed.

Pretty tasty. However, for doing grilling plus other ingredients, I'd opt for something a bit better.

Great! Made it Mexican with just one change - eliminated the bbq sauce and used salsa. This is a keeper.

Instead of grilling the chicken I used and electric skillet and cooked the chicken in the BBQ sauce. I also topped the wraps with this sour cream mixture : 1 1/4 c. sour cream 2 T. chili sauce 2 gr. onions 1 T. cilantro Mix together and serve It went great with the warm chicken

This gives a little zing to regular chicken tacos. I also added some tomato that I sauteed in EVOO, salt, and pepper. Sour cream and rice were my only other additions. I used leftover boneless chicken breast for a super fast dinner. Yummy!

I used to make it using fajita mix. Barbecue sauce is more convenient since I always have BBQ sauce. One more way to have dinner ready in half and hour.
